It'S VADICT INNOVATHON!

Innovation is about building things that you always wanted to have but no one has built it yet. It's to build up some amazing idea and work tirelessly on it. It is to fail, fail again and fail better. Try out new things and learn while doing that. It's to work together, collaborate and build things that are innovative. A step towards a better engineer!
With that spirit, Vadict Innovations bringing you Hackathon...!

Today wherever we go, we hear a term called “IoT” which is creating more buzz in the list of emerging technologies in embraced by many big brands, consumers, and startups paving way for lots of innovation in technology. Either it is a small 'pin making' industry or a big 'rocket making', IOT is at the door for all of them to help getting success in business, operations, and whatever you consider. So motive of this hackathon is to give students, a flavour to create IIoT based tech-project that has a positive industrial impact.

Well, we are eager to see your potential, so register yourself by 20th May, 2019. It should be like - Yesterday I changed my WiFi name to "Hack Me If You Can", and when I checked it today it was "Challenge Accepted" :)

Problem Statement:
Assume yourself an engineer hired and working in Industrial Segment (Industry of your choice!) Now you have to build an Industrial IOT solution involving hardware, firmware and software – including mobile apps. The solution should monitor couple of sensors, consider each sensor is communicating with some industrial equipment to get the insightful data.

As a part of the solution you have to figure out,
- Which parameters you will monitor?
- Why you will do so and how will it help an industry?
- Which off-the-shelf hardware solutions, single board computers such as Raspberry Pi or Beagle Bone or Arduino or any other you will consider?
- Which off-the-shelf sensors you will consider?
- How will you establish the communication link to the cloud?
- How can you remotely monitor this data?

Let your engineering mind flow, and mention your elaborative answer below!
